Hello, My Head Has Been A Little Itchy Recently And

Hello, my head has been a little itchy recently and I just noticed a raised slightly discolored bump that is bleeding on the upper backside of my head. Around the bump my husband found some small black or brown oval things on my scalp that he was ankle to sweep off. Also I got my hair dyed brown today so I don't know of that night effect it.
