Hello, My Head Has Been Hurting For 4 Days Now,

Hello, my head has been hurting for 4 days now, and I have been nauseous and weak. It started out as me being nauseous and I took zofran, zofran didn't help. The next day's my head was hurting so I took excedrine migraine, it took the pain away but got even more nauseous. I take the zofran and the nausea comes back. What is wrong with me. It's been 4 days now. And today I can't get rid of the nausea or headache
