Hello My Husband And I Are Trying To Have A

Hello my husband and I are trying to have a baby. But he informed me that he was in a car accident when he was 4 and this left him with trauma to his testicles. He ultimately had to have surgery and the doctors took tubes out of his skin above his penis and below his stomach and replaced them with plastic tubes. Afterwards he was told that he would never have children. What we want to know is what was this surgery and can it be reversed in order for him to reproduce?
