Hello, My Husband Has Been Experiencing Stomach Aches With Nausea

Hello, my husband has been experiencing stomach aches with nausea and vomiting for the past few days with fever (not sure of temp) then chills, and sweats especially after working outside shoveling snow during this snow season. Thank you for any thoughts. We are going in to see the Dr. tomorrow.
