Hello, my husband has severe nerve damage in S1 nerve y are trying him on heavy duty medications that have not worked. He had taken dilaudid in the hospital and it worked for him. He has been in constant pain with his left foot for 3 years from nerve damage. Does dilaudid come in extended release pill form with low mg where he would not be constantly drowsy?
