Hello, My Husband Is A Quadripalegic And I Just Changed

Hello, my husband is a quadripalegic and I just changed the bag only on his foley cathethar. It did not touch his penis. It was the bag only so it just went from one tube to the other. When I put the other tube in the long tube several blood clots came out and blood. That would, to me, mean that it came from his bladder. Should I call an ambulance. We have no way to take him in other than an ambulance.
