Hello, My Husband Is Leaving Again For Canada On The

Hello, my husband is leaving again for Canada on the 20th of November, we've been trying to have baby since August. We always make sure that it's my fertile days, he is taking diclofenac sodium for his gout. Does it affect his sperm quality, cause I have checked with my obgyne and everything seems to work out well. Thank you
