Hello, My Husband Is Recovering From A Severe Pilon Fracture

Hello, my husband is recovering from a severe pilon fracture of his leg&ankle and having trouble sleeping. He also has restless leg syndrome. He was prescribed trazadone 100ml for sleeping but only took it once and complained it made him dizzy. Since he cannot put weight on his leg for 3 months, we don't want him falling. Should the dizziness to away?
