Hello, My Husband Sometimes Says He Has Trouble Breathing And

Hello, my husband sometimes says he has trouble breathing and when that happens he gets easily annoyed and angry. He is physically fit. I do give him back rubs to try and help his breathing which kinda help. Is there anything else I can do to help him with his breathing problem?
