Hello, My Last Period Was May 28 And Ended June

Hello, my last period was may 28 and ended june 2, after my period in between i took contraceptive. i have been expecting my period since june 28 and today is july 16, i did several blood and urine pregnancy test and it came out negative also did a scan cane out negative also. i started taking primolute N on the 12th of july and today is july 16, no sign of my period yet. and am having vaginal itching and discharge is it the effect of primolute N or what？
