Hello My Left Ear Started Hurting A Few Hours Ago

Hello my left ear started hurting a few hours ago I thought I had water in my ear so I put alcohol in it but it did not help. I just tried vinegar and that doesn't help either. I feel like I am not hearing good out of the ear and it feels like the pain is spreading to the side of my face. I do not have insurance so I don't want to go to the error if I font have to. I am 56. I also have an acoustic neuroma in this ear. I have been coughing some but I do not feel congested. Thank you Elaine boyd
