Hello, My Mom And Her Fiancee Is Having Some Troubles

Hello, my mom and her fiancee is having some troubles right now because he wants a baby.... but my mom has M.S., Lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, astio arthritis, and much more..... and her immunesystem is really bad.... she's honestly in my eyes a walking mirical! But my question is..... can my mom have a baby.... many people are saying she will die if she has a child because she won't be able to produce enough nutrition and everything for her self and they baby is there any way at all my mother can have a baby oh her age is 36 idk if that helps or anything
