Hello my mom currently uses a cpap machine. She was using it tonight while asleep for about thirty minutes when she started foaming at the mouth and had to remove the mask to cough in order to breathe. She coughed up clear/ white sputum w a hint of red/ pink. What could be happening? This happened a week ago and she stopped using her machine until tonight
