Hello , My Mom Has Been Having Pain Underneath Her

Hello , my mom has been having pain underneath her breast and above the rib age on her left side. If you look at her it looks a bit swollen compared to the right side. Her pain gets a bit worse everytime she eats. Do you think you can help and give me a bit of information on what can be wrong ? Thanks
