Hello, My Mother Has A Huge Pimple In The Neck

Hello, my mother has a huge pimple in the neck near her hair line and she popped it and it has a very foul smell. The substance that came out is brownish tan liquid and then now it looks like a big hole in the large pimple with blood. She says it hurts and it still smells. Sometimes she can't even move her neck due to the pain. Please help me.
