Hello , My Mother Is A Cancer Paicent I Have

Hello , my mother is a cancer paicent I have a question on her treatment . She has fungal infection on her lungs and she is right now (npo) and not conscious . Dr recommendation is to give her (tpn) to boost her. But I come a cross the an article said fungal infection can grew under (tpn) now I need your suggestion what so the risk factor to start her tpn at this point. Her heart rate is 122. Blood pressure is 140/74. Fever on off. Iv medication running are ( ambisome 240mg) (potassium chloride 100ml) (pantoprazole protonix 80mg) looking forward for your opinion.
