Hello, My Mother Who Is 81 Stopped Having Paps Since

Hello, my mother who is 81 stopped having paps since she was 75 because her dr says she doesn't have ovaries and she had a hysterectomy at age 55. This last weekend she woke up in the night with severe lower abdominal pain with a low-grade fever and the next day started bleeding vaginally. She went to a dr. And they didn't do a gym I check but did take blood and urine. She also is having discomfort sitting down. What do you recommend?
