Hello, My Mother Will Be Turning 60 Years Old Next

Hello, my mother will be turning 60 years old next month and my step-father and I have noticed some alarming changes in her behavior that are appearing to become more regular/consistent. We used to associate the symptoms with a glass or two of white wine, however the symptoms are now present at all times of day, most alarmingly first thing in the morning. There is noticeable difference in her mannerisms and she will tell you the same story, almost verbatim, at least 2-3 times over the course of 2-3 days. She has hypothyroidism and is currently taking Levothyroxine and Mimvey Lo. My mother is the last person that will ever complain about things she's experiencing and is the last person to seek medical attention. Can you provide any insight into what might be going on, or where we should start on recommending she seek professional medical attention? She does not realize she repeats herself but is not combative when confronted about it. Could this be a simple medication-related issue? I'm concerned it's neurological in nature. I genuinely appreciate any recommendations you may have. Thank you for your time and attention.
