Hello, My Name Is Ashley Baker. So I Don't Drink

Hello, my name is Ashley Baker. So I don't drink very often but when I do it end up loosing my voice right away after a few sips. I've never had this problem before until 2 months ago and now I can't have 1 sip of alcohol without loosing my voice. My chest starts to feel heaving as well. I drink a butt load of water and my previous doctor said I drink to much and I am flushing my electrolyted out of my system so I am very well hydrated. Why is this happening?
