Hello My Name Is Bharath. I Had Left Side Chest

Hello my name is Bharath. I had left side chest pain and back side of the chest pain as well. When consulted doctor they said must be TB. They did complete blood test, ESR.. and then found out that some fluid is present in left lung. They found out that there is 150ml fluid. They took out 100ml by inserting a injection from back side of the lung. The final results says occasional pus cells, no epithelial cells and no organism were seen. No AFB seen.. but the doctor still says I have TB. Can you advice
