Hello My Name Is Bilasia And I Am A 20

Hello my name is Bilasia and I am a 20 yr old female! I have notice this small little painful pump looking zit right by my clit. I just notice only one bump. It looks like a bunch of little while dots around my clit, but it's only one that's big. I don't know what it is or what it could be. It hurt if I squeeze it or anything. When u grab it, it feels like I have a itty bitty beat stuck on my skin. It has a hard dot in the middle of the bump.
