Hello My Name Is Carlos About 2-3 Days Ago I

Hello my name is Carlos about 2-3 days ago I had a roach crawling to my ear while I was sleeping I've tried flushing it out I have tried getting a q-tip and taking it out but that didn't work while flushing it out it stopped moving and it went deeper inside my ear I haven't felt any pain but I feel little bit of tingling here and there I assume the Bug is dead I would like to know how to get it out
