Hello, My Name Is Chantel, And I Am A 29

Hello, my name is Chantel, and I am a 29 year old woman. I currently have mitral valve prolapes, arrhythmia, and palpitations. I have been sick for the past month. Chest congestion and cough. That has developed into chest pain, both constant and sharp, and my heart has been acting up. I have been to 2 ERs and 1 urgent care. I thought I was dieing. My neck stated to stiffen up, hurt, and burn, along with tingling sensations across chest and down arms. One of my EKG said this " sinus rhythm with marked sinus arrythmia with short PR with frequent premature ventricular complexis. Nonspecific st depression. Also my T axis was at a -8." Do I need to prepare myself for something horrible? I feel horrible all the time, no energy, dizzy, light headedness. I saw my Dr and she refered me to a cardiologist. Any suggestions on what to do in the mean time would be greatly appreciated. My heart keeps me up and it's starting to scare me because of how bad I'm feeling. Am I dieing?
