Hello My Name Is Cindy. I Was Recently Diagnosed With

Hello my name is Cindy. I was recently diagnosed with bradycardia. I was put on a COPD medicine that has side effects of raising the heart rate. I was also put on medication for high blood pressure at the age of 21. I am now 44. My blood pressure has been running around 168/106. What do I need to do? I have a cardiologist but they are not doing anything to fix the problem. Please help!!!. Thank you.
