Hello My Name Is Cris, I Am 55yrs, Female, Weigh

Hello my name is Cris, I am 55yrs, female, weigh approximately 100lbs and I am 5'4". Last night 2-3 hrs after eating supper, while semi reclined on my bed I coughed and developed an rather large, fairly hard and tubular shaped lump in my lower stomach. Although uncomfortable but not painful. This has occurred several times before over the past year but only lasting a few seconds, however when it happened last night is lasted for 30-40 seconds and again it was not very painful. I did have a colonoscopy which was all clear on 3/31. Other wise I am healthy and active!
