Hello My Name Is Ella And I Have A 3

Hello my name is Ella and I have a 3 year old stepson that's having a really bad foul smell coming from inside of his nose and no matter how many times I give him a bath the rotting smell seems to not go away. I need help what would killed the smell away. Help!!
