Hello my name is Eric I'm a 55 year old man I've been treated for the past 5 years for congestive heart failure been at hospitals water pills potassium pills to no avail my legs have been three times their normal size for the past 5 years leaking yellow liquid finally went to Morristown Hospital in Morristown New Jersey in August and they told me I didn't have a water retention problem my heart was fine that I had a bacterial infection and cellulitis during that time they put me on major antibiotics no more water pills no more potassium pills that was for 5 days then I followed up with antibiotics after being released from the hospital then all was well a month-and-a-half two months later my legs start blowing up again not just under the knee down but my whole leg from the thigh down and this rash all over my body the doctors of giving me steroids they gave me antibiotics they put me back on water pills and that him and just getting bigger and bigger I can't even bend my ankles or bed and my legs completely there so much fluid inside I just don't know what to do
