Hello My Name Is Jeremy I'm In Tears Everyday With

Hello my name is Jeremy I'm in tears everyday with severe low back pain. L3-4, L4-5, L5-S1 degenerative disc disease with flat back syndrome with spinal stenosis. I was supposed to get a set of 3 epidurals, but only had 1 & now 4 weeks later I'm in worse pain than before. Saw the orthopedic surgeon last week & they decided no more shots , I need surgery. Its gonna b at least a month or more before I can get in for surgery. I asked for anything more than tramadol, it doesn't touch any of the pain(25mg). They told me I had to goto my primary care Dr for pain meds. They won't prescribe anything. I told the Dr in my town & he gave a script for 50mg of tramadol 1 time a day. I want to stomp on his back till he feels my pain. I can't cough, sneeze, or take a deep breathe without 9 to 10 level pain shoot down both legs. I always have numbness all the time in right leg & foot. I want to put a bullet in my skull so I don't have to deal with the pain just to go pee. The cnra that did my epidural couldn't believe I wasn't at least on percocet. Please help!
