Hello my name is Joan O' Brien yesterday I received the results of my needle biopsy that was done on my right lower lung it showed I have Adenocarcinoma I had Bronchiectsis for many years and four years ago I had a biopsy done with the scope and they found Sarcoidosis my Dr ordered a Pet Scan for the lung cancer to see if it's just localized in the one area if so she said a Thoratic Surgeon could remove that part of the lung and I would be cancer free if it spread then she would send me to an Oncologist for Proton Therapy of course I am very frightened seven years ago I had brain surgery for a Meningioma and last August I had brain surgery for three Meningiomas and many small ones what do you think my chances are with all of this also in November I go for another MRI of the brain as my Neurosurgeon saw many shadowes on the last MRI in November 2015
