Hello, My Name Is Karlena And I Am A 22

Hello, my name is Karlena and i am a 22 year old female. Ive been having sinus pressure/pain and inflamed sinuses (You can see them by looking up my nose they are red and very inflamed),waking up gasping for air, all these issues since February 2015. I am in the Navy and doctors have been giving me nasal sprays (Nasonex, flonase) for the past 7 months and for the past couple of months have added claritin and zyrtec, i have stopped taking it all because ive been getting really thirsty and wake up with a dry beef jerky like tongue so i assumed its because of the nasal sprays? so i stopped, although im still thirsty all the time and tired, my left ear also feels weird and i experience tenderness right under it. Because my issue doesnt get better (sinuses still inflamed and lots of pressure all over my face and head, MY NOSE THROBS) i have been getting panic attacks because i am scared that its not going away and im starting to think that it might be something bad. My head often feels pressure all over and i have this heavy head feeling along with the pressure around the sinus area. i dont know what else to do the doctors are now just focusing on my panic issues. my doctor advised me to switch doctors (he got frustrated with me) which i did and my new doctor is referring me to and ENT (although he thinks that an ENT wont fix my issues because he doesnt think its sinus related even though my sinuses are crazy inflamed and red) he said the ENT wont get back to me until another week. I don't know what else to do the pressure is driving me crazy. I just want to feel better,. Any recommendations?
Symptoms:
Dry tongue, thirsty all the time, groggy feeling, pressure all over face in sinus areas, throbbing nose bridge, head feels heavy and like a balloon, ear discomfort and tenderness under left ear, inflamed sinuses, wake up at night gasping for air (not too often),when i bite down i feel pressure in face and left ear feels odd.
