Hello, My Name Is Lauren. I'm A 23-year-old Female Diagnosed

Hello, my name is Lauren. I'm a 23-year-old female diagnosed with Bipolar 1 and I had a few questions concerning my medications. I take Prozac 20mg, Lamictal 150mg, Buproprion 200mg and Resperidone 2mg. Three months ago I was hospitalized because I was over-medicated with anti-psychotics. I cannot remember the correct dosages, however I was on: Resperidone 6mg, Latuda 30mg(?), and Seroquel XR 150mg (all of these caused me to gain 22lbs.-- not the primary medications listed above). The medication caused what I would call an almost adverse reaction, causing severe paranoia and severe akathisia. I had to be put on 1mg 3 times scheduled clonazepam with another 0.5mg PRN (I've been prescribed klonopin since I was 17-- 2 0.5 PRN).
After a long and dreaded three months I've been in a phase of Bipolar depression with very little to no motivation. So my big questions are: When will my brain chemicals begin to stabilize back to my norm? How long does it usually take for mood stabilizers and anti-psychotics to balance out? It's been about 12 weeks now and I've noticed small changes.
