Hello My Name Is Lesli Im 54 Years And I

Hello my name is Lesli im 54 years and i have had a pulmonary embolism 10 years ago, i experiencing similar shortness of breath and just feel very not well today very tired and just not myself . I hate to waste the time and the hospital time for nothing. I use St. Joseph in Phoenix.. What should i do i hate to go through all the work up and would be very embarrassed if it is not a pulmonary embolism . Please advise .
