Hello, My Name Is Lexie And I Am Currently Near

Hello, my name is Lexie and I am currently near Trivandrum in India. I have been experiencing constipation that feel mechanical more than what I am currently eating. In recent past I have done a technique to open my ileocecal valve and that seemed to work though is not now. I understand travel may cause issues or parasites though like I said, this feels mechanical and a backload of feces is building in my colon. When I give my self an enema, no large pieces of feces come out. I do not wish to do a colonoscopy at this time and wonder is there a technique or homeopathic remedy? Thank you!
