Hello My Name Is Liz And I Have Had Trouble

Hello my name is Liz and I have had trouble with the left side of my abdomen since I was approximately 12. I have never been able to sleep on my left because I start feeling bloated and gassy , my stomach starts making a lot of noise and it hurts .Now that I'am older it's gotten worse.
