Hello My Name Is MaKenna Reed, On November The 18th

Hello my name is MaKenna Reed, on November the 18th 2016 my grandmother, Vicki Joiner (54) was in a car accident resulting in a major concussion and lacerations to the back of the head on the right side near the temporal & occipital lobe where they removed chunks of glass and placed 5 sutures. Several days after the accident she was still in complete distraught as to what had happened and continued to ask us what had occurred, today she still forgets things like her street address and her bank account number. She claims to have an ice cold feeling in her right leg from the femur down to her toes, she submerged her leg in near boiling hot water and claimed that her leg felt ice cold, she says that sometimes her leg feels as if there is a band wrapped around her calf cutting into her circulation, she also states that she sometimes hears loud throbbing in the right side of her head near her temporal lobe, followed by quick flashing lights in her peripheral vision. We can't seem to get a neuro consult, but we still feel as if something isn't right, does anyone have any answers?
