Hello, My Name Is Maria And I Am Wondering If

Hello, my name is Maria and I am wondering if there is anything you can tell me about this condition and if there is a solution. I've noticed last night that my right big toe has become numb to the touch and has tiny reddish bumps/patch on the left side, I didn't see any insect or feel a bite. What is the best way to tell what it is? Might I add that I can still bend it.
