Hello, My Name Is Matthew, I Have Been Experiencing Sharp

Hello, my name is Matthew, I have been experiencing sharp pains in my knee that are almost constantly there. But now my legs from the knee down are just ice cold. There is no discoloration in the skin. I've had an MRI but can't get a clear answer as to what's wrong thanks to the VA and them always looking to keep costs down. I really can't stand for more than 5 minutes at this point. I spent almost all day yesterday in bed. I have a labrel tear in my hip too. My knees are concerning me. I've been told torn miniscus then I've been told something different by my PCP. I'm just short of heading to the ER right now. Idk what else to do to get rid of pain. I'm on gabapentin, etodalac, duloxitine and methacarbomal. I starting to venture into using beer to medicate but that's not helping anymore. I'm close to start doing drugs. Really.
