Hello My Name Is Melissa, My Question Is How Can

Hello my name is Melissa, my question is how can I get this throbbing popping sound out of my right ear? This has went on for days now. Almost a week, it does not hurt or I don't have any other symptoms it just has a popping sound it is getting annoying.
