Hello, My Name Is Nichlous Gruter. I Have Never Reached

Hello, my name is Nichlous Gruter. I have never reached out like this before, because I have never experienced this situation before. I tried calling my psychiatrists but they are out of the office until mid next week; Dr. Whiticare, Dr. Ripley and Dr. Raziz. I explained the situation to the receptionist and she did all she could to do to help me but could not get far because all of the doctors were out. I have been taking 10mg of valium a few times a day for about 18 months or so which has been a god send heloping me out. My mother heard on the news that people are putting heroin in blue pills, flipped out and flushed them down the toilet earlier this afternoon. I am not sure what I should about this situation, without them my anxiety is through the roof. Do you have aNY suggestions for me, I could really use some sort of help here.
