Hello My Name Is Nick, I Had A Discectomy On

Hello my name is Nick, I had a discectomy on L-4 back in "97" I didn't get better and sold my boat several months later. I was always having pain from just doing little things but about six months ago I did something to it and my Dr. sent me for an MRI. I know have 2 herniated discs, L-4-L-5, and some problem with my neck. I am in constant pain, severe I say, I'm seeing a PM DR. Who thinks 4 10mg Methadone for pain, and it's not working at that low of a dose and I'm Basicaly housebound. how do I get him to a least give me life back?
