Hello, My Name Is Rebecca And I Have Having Severe

Hello, my name is Rebecca and I have having severe pain and weakness in my right hand sometimes it travels up to my elbow and sometimes all the way to my shoulder. I cannot bend my fingers back at all and it feels like a never ending cramp in my first three fingers. What's wrong with my hand?
