Hello My Name Is Rose I Have A Neighbor Me

Hello my name is Rose i have a neighbor me who is being spiteful since we don't get along. Every day she has a can filled with paint she brings it into my bedroom and livingroom for me to inhale. I try to overcome the smell by wearing a paint mask to avoid inhaling the smell. Please inform me about what i can do. I also sleep with the paint mask. Thank you.
