Hello My Name Is Sarrah I Am 32 Years Old.

Hello my name is Sarrah I am 32 years old. I had a hysterectomy 9 days ago. My ovaries were spared to prevent menopause. Three days post surgery I experienced an Ileus. I was admitted into the hospital and released after 36 hours. In the past 24 hours I've been experiencing bizarre symptoms such as extreme chills and sweating and seeing stars. Is this normal? I am also in extreme pain and nauseous but I believe that is to be expected.
