Hello My Name Is Tuesdey, Im Taking Alot Of Meds

Hello my name is Tuesdey, im taking alot of meds for rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, anxiety depression. I'm taking methotrexate 8 pills a week Plus I get Remicade every 5 weeks 500 milligram. I take 3 800 milligram motrin a day I take steroids 5 milligrams everyday.folic acid 1 milligram every day vitamin D 50,000 once a week. I take hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day. A water pill 20mg every other day.Escitalopram 10mg a day. Norethindrone 5mg a day. Lunesta 2mg a night.diazepan 5 milligram Twice a day. morphine sulfate 15 milligram 2 to 3 times a day. Linzess 290mgs a day.500 milligrams of magnesium. I still have problem sleeping. I still have Pain even with taking pain Med. I'm gaining wait over 20 pounds n over a year. what should I do? thank you
