Hello My Name Is Cheri ,I Have Mvp W Regurgitation

Hello my name is cheri ,I have Mvp w regurgitation ..moderate to severe,they adjusted my meds from 50mg twice a day to 100mg in the morn and 50at night,my heart rate is 85to 110 daily,I've been in AFIB twice. How much longer should I wait till I have the valve fixed or replaced. I'm 51 and have been dealing with mvp since age 11. Please I'm short of breath,nauseated and dizzy always
