Hello My Name Is Curtis, I've Recently Had Sexual Relations

Hello my name is curtis,
I've recently had sexual relations with someone around 1-2 weeks ago and have very recently started to get an itchy urethra around the tip, it is very mild and can be ignored if needs be.
The itch comes and goes throughout the day, I'm concerned it could be an std but have had no discharge or burning sensation.
In contrary to this I also have a sore throat that I noticed is common in gonorrhea.. I have been prone to sore throats before so I'm praying it's a coincidence.
I'm really worried and don't know what to do, thank you
