Hello, My Name Is Kavinder, Age 35 Years Weight 57

Hello, my name is kavinder, age 35 years weight 57 kg, height 5.5inch. I`m from Haridwar, India. one month ago, I start with some headaches, pressure in my head and left eye flickering. The pain is quite low but i feel tightness and presure on my head.
I went to a doctor and he asked me a CT. The result was: old Calcified inflammatory Granulomas at the anterior and patierior region.
My question is: how it is formed? Is this dangerous? there is need for treatment. in future what harm to me with this. anti-epileptic medication are sufficient for this or can i need more treatment.
