Hello My Name Is Keisha, I Have The Implanon Birth

Hello my name is keisha, i have the implanon birth control in my arm. The first couple months i had it was great.. Now its been 1 year and 4 months that ive had it and now i bleed for months very heavy the whole time.. I stopped a couple days ago and now im.bleeding again. And ive also been losing alot of weight and lose of appetite. I dont know if i should get it removed or what i should do about it. Any suggestions?
