Hello, my names Danielle. My girlfriend had knee surgery yesterday, she tore her acl,mcl and pcl. They did a nerve block which subdued the pain pretty well but she's had pretty much a sleepless night.. I've been up with her she seems in excruciating pain. I've been giving her Oxy 10mg every 3 hours, tried a flexerol in between as well as a baby aspirin and she's still in so much pain.. she's really exhausted so she keeps falling asleep but keeps waking up screaming. I called an orthopedic that was on call where she got her surgery and they said the best I could do is give it to her every 2 hours for the first night. I did try very slightly elevating the leg as the on call ortho suggested but Kailee said it hurt.. is there anything I can do other then what I'm doing to help?
