Hello, My Niece (38) Is In The Hospital She Has

Hello, my niece (38) is in the hospital she has not eaten in two days can't swollen liquids or foods with it burning and it feels like if stops in her chest. She threw up water today, and a 1/2 cup of cranberry juice. She also has diarrhea but it feels like she has to urinate. Her blood pressure is extremely high as well and they also found air bubble in her neck. Can you give me some advice? She has lost weight over the past few months as well.
